IMA Response to NEET PG 2023 Postponed

IMA, Indian Medical Association has written a letter to NBEMS requesting for addressing this issue. They quoted:

Many aspiring MBBS students are yet to complete their internship as per internship schedules. These students will miss their opportunity to seek postgraduate education as the NBE criteria notification dates do not synchronize with the dates of completion of internships in various parts of the country.

IMA has requested NBEMS to address the issue of eligibility criteria and schedule dates in the NBE notification for NEET PG 2023.

Additionally, a request for seeking immediate meeting for safeguarding the interests of all medical students and medical education in the country. Hope a resolution on whether NEET PG 2023 is Postponed or the Cutoff dates for the Internship are extended is made.
